I recently went here to get a diagnostic ran for my car. They claimed that the only issues were with the control arms; however, turns out the car has power steering issues too. $50 diagnostic and I wasn’t even properly informed on all the issues with my car. Unfortunate, but maybe their repair service is better?

I can say enough good things about Tuffy. Ben, Buck and Bubba are as professional as it gets. They diagnosed my vehicle and gave me a free quote. And when they did the repairs they did them in a timely fashion. Thanks again Tuffy !

Deceptive Practices & Dismissed Safety Concerns I had a very troubling experience at this shop and will not be returning. After having front brake work done, I returned a day later because of a loud squealing noise. They then claimed my rear brakes were "metal-to-metal." I had checked them myself and knew the rotors were fine, but they insisted on the repair. The red flags were everywhere: Missing Evidence: I specifically asked to keep my old parts. When I arrived, they claimed a "salvage guy" had already come and taken them. This was extremely suspicious as it prevented me from verifying the "metal-to-metal" claim they made. Hidden Repairs: A second shop discovered a new caliper on the front. While a caliper was listed on my Tuffy receipt, it was never mentioned to me verbally, and there was no charge for the new pads that were installed with it. Safety & Lack of Transparency: Because a caliper was replaced, the brake lines were opened. However, a "brake fluid exchange" or "bleed" was nowhere on my statement. When I told the staff the brakes didn't feel right and suggested they be bled, they brushed me off, were disrespectful, and tried to tell me my ABS system was going

My family and I have been going to Tuffy's for all our vehicle needs for years now, but I can confidently say that I will not be returning after my recent experience. I went in for a routine oil change on Thursday, and when I got my car back, I immedietly noticed that my car sounded different. Later that day, as I started to drive more, the inside of my car started to smell like oil. On Friday, the smell still persisted, so I popped my hood open. Whoever did my oil change had left the cap of the oil tank on the complete opposite side of the car, and oil was splattered everywhere. My dip stick came up completly dry, and I was stranded until I was able to have a friend bring me more oil. When I called the shop to tell them what happened, I was spoken to in a very condesending tone, with them claiming that there was no possible way that there was no oil left after only a day and a half. I finally brought it back to the shop, where they told me they would redo the oil change and clean the car out. When they told me that I was good to go, I checked inside, and my hands were immedietly covered in oil again, as they clearly did not clean it out very well. They was still oil left all over
